Samantha has been dedicated to the pet services industry since 2023, but her passion for animals started long before that. She holds a degree in Zoology from the University of Guelph, where she gained extensive knowledge of animal behavior, physiology, and care. This scientific background, combined with hands-on experience, allows her to provide exceptional care tailored to each pet’s unique needs.
